My Personal Testimony

By sharing these x-rays perhaps you may be able to see
why I believed in opening my own practice in order to help other people
the way I am helped.
Apparently I am a candidate for spinal fusion surgery.
Long ago injuries; 5 years old, 17 years old, 18 years old, pregnancy at age 42, etc.
As time went on, stiffness, decrease in range of motion, down right pain,
doing less because of the potential for more injury, etc. Self medicating when things would
get too much. Let’s face it when we live life, things happen.
For the past four years I have been following the JFB-MFR Approach; receiving this special type of treatment, doing self-treatments, staying hydrated,
In this amount of time taking a Motrin or Tylenol has become a thing of the past.
These x-rays were taken in 2009. These pictures are very empowering.
Yes, it does show the many misalignments over the years. But what it does not show
is the health of my fascial webbing throughout my body. X-rays, MRI’s are unable at this time
to show fascial health nor fascial injuries.
Please feel free to give me a call. -Mary

Dear Mary,

Dear Mary,
Thank you for the work you did for my baby. The release really let her do what she needed to - TURN! Now we can welcome her into the world naturally. Really glad I found you.
JM from NJ
I have known Mary for about 20 years. Even before Mary studied massage therapy and myofascial therapy with John F. Barnes, she was a healer. I have watched her grow in her knowledge and capacity to assess the patient and heal with her hands, her words and her wisdom.
Myofascial Release is an extraordinary healing art. Mary is an extraordinary therapist. JFB techniques in her talented hands have helped me tremendously. With Mary's treatments, I have recovered quickly from horse-related injuries. She has been able to ease the pain of fibromyalgia and migraine headaches. Mary has even been able to treat my horse with great success.
Thank you Mary!

Dear Mary,
Last night would have been impossible except for your help.
You have my deepest gratitude. You know what a tragedy it would
have been if I had not been able to dance.
Truly, thank you again.
Dancer, NJ
Dear Mary,
Thank you very much for dropping what you were doing and helping F.L. when she injured her leg while dancing. F.L. showed immediate improvement and was able to get around quite well the next day.

"I met Mary at one of John F. Barnes's Myofasical Release classes in Atlanta and connected with her immediately. Mary has a special gift of seeing into your very core while she is treating you or just sitting talking with her. It's very rare to meet someone with this gift. This is what I think that makes her such an awesome therapist. I felt very comfortable allowing her to really see me because she doesn't judge. When treating you she reads your body to determine exactly what your body needs and treats you accordingly. My treatments from her were amazing! Here's one specific improvement she helped me with. It had been years since I was able to look over my left shoulder while driving without rotating my trunk to the left also. Now, I can turn my head to the left side just by moving my head! Thanks Mary. Lori Richardson, LMT Orlando, FL"

Did you know?
In 2008, $2.1 trillion was spent in the U.S. on medical care, or 16.5% of the gross national product. Of these trillions, 95 cents of every dollar was spent to treat disease after it had already occurred. At least 75% of these costs were spent on treating chronic diseases, …,that are preventable or even reversible.
